Melp.us is an AI-powered digital workplace built for organisations that collaborate across languages, teams, clients, vendors, and partners. The app brings messaging, HD audio/video meetings, multilingual communication, file sharing, scheduling, and shared workspaces into one secure collaboration platform.
The product is designed for global teams that need to communicate across language barriers while keeping business conversations organised and accessible.

My Role
I work on the iOS app as part of the mobile engineering team, contributing to production features, app stability, collaboration flows, and continuous App Store releases. My work involves maintaining and improving the iOS experience across messaging, meetings, navigation, notifications, and business collaboration workflows.
I also help manage mobile development responsibilities and coordinate implementation quality across the app.

Challenges
Melp.us has multiple complex workflows inside one app: messaging, meetings, collaboration spaces, notifications, scheduling, and external organisation access. A major challenge is keeping the iOS experience reliable while supporting real-time communication and business-critical collaboration use cases.
Another challenge is maintaining consistency across a large production app while shipping updates continuously.

What I Learned
Working on Melp.us strengthened my understanding of production iOS development at scale. I learned more about real-time app behaviour, notification-driven navigation, app stability, release discipline, and building features for users who depend on the app for daily workplace communication.
